**Comprehensive Course**

My comprehensive childbirth course is designed to prepare couples for every aspect of childbirth. Over the course of 6-10 weeks, you'll dive deep into topics such as natural birth, nutrition, preparing your birth team, stages of labor, relaxation techniques, coping strategies, creating a birth plan, navigating the postpartum period, and caring for your baby after birth. Each couple receives their own comprehensive workbook and will have the opportunity to interact with other couples, fostering lifelong friendships and confidence in your ability to give birth.

**Comfort Measures Workshop**

Relaxation is key to achieving a blissful birth experience, and our Comfort Measures Workshop is here to help. This highly interactive workshop will have you moving, practicing labor scenarios, learning relaxation techniques (a valuable life skill), and exploring comfort measures for before, during, and after childbirth. You'll receive a visualization book to support your journey. Leave this workshop armed with new tools for navigating the marathon of birth.

My services include six visits, which can be utilized for prenatal and/or postpartum support, along with coverage for labor and delivery. Rest assured, your insurance coverage begins after you reach 20 weeks of pregnancy.
